Ms. Frost's practice
emphasis is in patent procurement and enforcement, patent validity
and infringement analysis and intellectual property due diligence.
Her technical focus is in the areas of medical devices, semiconductor
processing technology, and the electro/mechanical arts.
Ms. Frost received a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane
University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Following graduation, she
worked in the Office of Medical Device Evaluation for the U.S. Food
and Drug Administration, where she evaluated 510(k), Investigational
Device Exemption, and Premarket Approval submissions.
In 1992 Ms. Frost graduated from George Washington University Law
school and joined the San Francisco intellectual property law firm
of Limbach & Limbach. She became a partner at the Limbach firm
in 1999, and remained with the firm until she left to help found
Stallman & Pollock in January of 2001.
